The suite at Mandarin Oriental Palace in Luzern was excellent and a highlight of our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, providing us with great assistance. The location was unbeatable, just a short distance from Switzerland and Lucerne. We also had a wonderful dining experience with drinks at the nearby Montana Beach Club.

We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a lovely junior suite with a view, and it was a nice touch to have a shower and robes in the bathroom, plus the hotel's convenient location close to the Lake Side Promenade.

Excellent & comfortable room, a private safe, coffee and tea making facilities, and a writing table in there. Great service overall. Great, informative staff towards all guests.

Superb overall experience. Fairly clean and wonderful hotel, particularly good and stunning location to Luzerne train station. Excellent staff throughout. Location close to the boardwalk and walking distance to the city, Ireland & Switzerland and Lake Lucerne.

The room was very clean and luxurious, and the staff were extremely polite, treating us as if we were the only guests in the hotel. It was great that they paid attention to even the smallest details, providing us with a welcoming drink upon arrival, offering a complementary upgrade to our room, and even leaving a fresh bottle of water and some sweets at check-out. The spa team was also highly professional, and managed to squeeze us in during a fully-booked schedule. the hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions in the area, and the presence of a lake nearby adding a touch of natural beauty.

That while we were informed at check-in that our reservation included breakfast, we were later informed at the restaurant that it was not included. This was a bit of a letdown, especially because we were really looking forward to a good breakfast.

Actually it was the first time for me to be in Luzern,it's the best place for relaxation and enjoing the nice weather and the beautiful lake,the city is clean and breathtaking

The location of the hotel is the best among others in addition to that the saloon with it's marble flooring and classical design with the played music is very romance

This hotel is situated right on the lake, providing breathtaking views. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with exceptional service from the staff. The location is also convenient, being just a short walk from the train station. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning, and the facilities, such as the spa, are top-notch.

One thing to note is that the room rates can be quite high.

Ideally located, well appointed and prestigeous hotel in Luzern.

Beautiful location, rooms with a view over the lake are stunning, and no road running along the back means no passing traffic noise. We had a junior suite, which was more than large enough, room was very well furnished, beds excellent, bathrooms large and very well equipped. Could not fault the cleanliness of the whole hotel, and the staff were very polite and extremely professional. We would most certainly stay here again.

The service at Mandarin Oriental was exceptional! We were welcomed with a bowl of fruit and nuts, and even received nightly chocolates with lovely notes. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection, from croissants to cereal. The views of the mountains and lake were spectacular, and the location was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast here is better than average, and there are lots of tasty options to choose from 🍳.
